CENTRAL VENTILATION
Slotted heat exchangers bring a lot of benefits, but over the time, they become dirty and the accumulated sediment becomes a heat insulator. This means a reduced system performance .
Using the high-pressure method, you can significantly improve the perofirmance in a simple way. Removal of dirt from the exchanger channels consists in rinsing them with a stream of warm water with the addition of a specialized cleaning agent. Then the exchanger is dried by the compressed air.
PRECISE TECHNIQE
We have brushes of different hardness ( made of soft fibers, hard and medium hardness). Out specialist will adjust the appropriate shape to a specific type of impurities. For example, dust pollution or fat deposits in catering installations. Brushes are driven pneumatically or electrically with variable speed in the range from 0 to 1000 rpm. Brushes are selected tbased on:
- the material from which the wires are made
- dimensions and shape of wires
- type of pollution
